Therapist/Pain Coach

We are offering a unique opportunity for a holistically-minded psychotherapist to work in our growing, independent Integrative Medicine practice. We are looking for someone who is kind, compassionate and enjoys helping others. Our ideal candidate is able to work well both independently and as part of a team and possesses strong written and oral communication skills while delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provides initial intake and follow up therapeutic services to patients

• Documents the provision of services, assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plans consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures in a timely manner

• Participates in internal consultations and works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members 

• Maintains weekly scheduled appointments in the EHR

• Demonstrates commitment to patients

• Behaves ethically and professionally

• Demonstrates excellent communication skills 

• Capable of working with diverse populations

Requirements/Experience:

• Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field 

• 2-5 years prior experience in a clinical setting

• Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT) required
